We enjoyed the spacious one-bedroom suite with a fully equipped kitchen, great location near public transport, and the added bonus of a laundry machine. A standout moment was enjoying the cute lobby where we grabbed coffee.

Really enjoyed my stay in the well-equipped one bedroom apartment, perfect for cooking meals and felt super spacious. They provided a washer and dryer which was a lifesaver after a long day out. Being just a stone's throw from public transport made getting around a breeze. I also loved the stunning views of Tower Bridge from my room, a highlight!

Check-in at 4 PM is quite inconvenient!!! A clearer layout in rooms could enhance usability, especially with closet access issues!!! More frequent housekeeping is needed for extended stays. it's simply not adequate for longer visits!!!

Absolutely loved the nearby culinary gems! You must check out Treves & Hyde for a delightful meal, and Pizza Union Aldgate had the best slices! the positives include a well-equipped kitchen that made cooking so easy and excellent views – truly a delight to wake up to.

They didn't provide toiletries and the tumble dryer didn’t seem to work right for me. Still, it didn’t dampen my mood as the overall stay was still enjoyable!

Shower drainage was a real hassle. on check-in, we found dirty water pooling, and maintenance was nowhere to be found. We had to fend for ourselves while waiting for what was promised to be addressed by housekeeping, which never came during our five-night stay. The washer dryer combo in the room was disappointing as the dryer function didn’t work. Despite paying extra for a late checkout, we faced being locked out and felt rushed by housekeeping knocking on the door. Lastly, the positioning of the bed was awkward, cramped between the wardrobe and a small sofa, making things feel less than spacious.

Would recommend for a city trip

Spacious apartment, perfect location, the metro station is just across the road, and the essentials like tea and coffee provided helped make our stay comfortable.
